Program rules and regulations:

1. Only one prize level can be awarded per household.
2. All referrals must own their home and have homeowners insurance, RENTERS INSURANCE DOES NOT COUNT.
3. To receive referral prize credit all referrals must allow Storm Guard Restoration, LLC to conduct an exterior inspection,
   sign a contingent insurance contract, file their insurance claim and allow us to meet with their adjuster on their behalf to seek job approval.
4. If the referral's insurance claim is denied you will still receive credit for the referral.
5. If the referrals insurance claim is approved they must allow Storm Guard Restoration, LLC to perform approved work.
6. Prizes shown may be substituted without notice with a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Storm Guard Restoration, LLC has the right to deliver the awarded prizes in any manner they choose.
8. All referrals must be registered with our toll free referral hotline or on our company website to receive credit.
9. Once all referrals insurance adjusters appointments have been seen you will be notified by our gift department.
10. All referrals must be submitted within 14 days from your appointment date to qualify for credit.
11. All vacation winners are subject to the rules and regulations of the vacation certificate. Storm Guard Restoration, LLC
    is not responsible for unavailable travel times or destinations.
